RECAP (Route Enhancement Committee For The Aspotogan Peninsula) is an organization that has been working very hard to  to encourage and improve active transport options for route 329 and trunk route 3 in our Hubbards/Aspotogan Area, the route known as THE ASPOTOGAN LOOP.

They want your opinion. They are working very hard to develop a strategy for the developement of the Aspotogan Loop and are holding an open house on April 9th to gather your thoughts.

If you are unable to attend but want to express your ideas you can contact them through their blog.
